| The concept of Gods is found in all cultures in all ages. It served as a first explanation of origins. In the last 400 years a better approach than reliance on folklore, to answering quesions has been gaining popularity. Although the scientific method has changed the way people live and work, it has not and will not change human nature. Literate people in a post scientific-revolution era, enjoying the products of science, are still attracted to supernatural concepts such as gods, souls, spirits, reincarnation, haunted houses, miracles, etc. Although the folkloric concept of god is no longer senseful or relevant, it remains popular. |
